With the help of our many partnerships, we deploy education engagements throughout the state. Our goal is to grasp the attention of students and provide them with the opportunity to explore South Carolina’s life science ecosystem.
Rad Lab- 6,000 Players + Counting
SCbio’s gaming app, powered by Skillionaire games, is a vital platform for career awareness for youth aged 13 to 22 and older.
Rad Lab brings awareness of the industry to middle and high school students. The efforts are to scale workforce development in a fun, free-to-play, comforting environment. We are meeting Gen Z at their level, on their phones, full of curiosity. Our fun, mobile skills training app is customized for growth, building a qualified workforce and setting students up for a successful future.

Blythewood High School leads a summer internship program for students to use a newly installed biodiesel pump to fuel Richland School District 2 school buses.
Thanks to support from SCbio, The Ritedose Corporation, and others, students are equipped with the knowledge to begin a career in the life sciences industry.
